V: Ik kan de vrijwillige bijdrage niet (in één keer) betalen, wat nu?
A: Dit kan gebeuren en we begrijpen dat dit een lastige situatie voor u kan zijn. Ondanks dat de bijdrage vrijwillig is, des te meer ouders de bijdrage betalen hoe meer leuke activiteiten wij kunnen organiseren.
 
Als u de vrijwillige bijdrage niet kunt of wilt betalen, kunt u contact opnemen met de penningmeester (ov.obsdetuimelaar+penningmeester@gmail.com), de leerkracht of de directie (tuimelaar@o2a5.nl). Dan zoeken we samen naar een passende oplossing.

V: Ik heb de vrijwillige bijdrage niet betaald, mag mijn kind nu niet mee op schoolreis?
A: De bijdrage is een vrijwillige bijdrage. Dit betekent dat uw kind altijd mee mag doen met de activiteiten, inclusief de schoolreis. 
 
V: Mijn gegevens kloppen niet, hoe kan ik deze wijzigen?
A: Nieuwe gegevens kunt u per e-mail doorgeven aan de penningmeester: ov.obsdetuimelaar+penningmeester@gmail.com
   
LET OP: Voor het wijzigen van een rekeningnummer of tenaamstelling bij een automatische incasso is een volledig nieuwe machtiging nodig. Deze kunt u hier online invullen of print het volgende formulier uit en geef het aan de leerkracht van uw kind: papieren formulier
 
V: De automatische incasso is mislukt, wat moet ik nu?
A: Bij de aankondiging van de automatische incasso zit ook een factuur. U kunt de gegevens van die factuur gebruiken om het bedrag alsnog over te maken. U ontvangt ook automatisch een herinnering waarmee u alsnog eenvoudig online kan betalen d.m.v. iDeal. 
 
V: Mijn kind begint halverwege het jaar op OBS de Tuimelaar, geldt dan alsnog de bijdrage voor het gehele schooljaar?
A: Begint uw kind later in het schooljaar hanteren wij het volgende:
 

Groep 1 t/m 6
Instroom voor 1 januari:	schoolfonds € 27,- en	schoolreis € 35,-	(tezamen € 62,-)
Instroom na 1 januari:	schoolfonds € 13,50 en	schoolreis € 35,-	(tezamen € 48,50)
Groep 7 en 8
Instroom voor 1 januari:	schoolfonds € 27,- en	schoolkamp € 70,-*	(tezamen € 97,-)
Instroom na 1 januari:	schoolfonds € 13,50

*Kamp hoeft alleen betaald te worden als uw kind meegaat. Het kamp is aan het begin van het schooljaar en bedraagt € 70,-
 
V: Ik wil graag helpen als actief lid, hoe meld ik mij aan?
A: Fijn dat u wilt helpen! De Oudervereniging is ieder jaar op zoek naar nieuwe leden. Lijkt het u leuk om actief lid te worden en te helpen bij het organiseren van leuke activiteiten, dan nodigen wij u uit om contact op te nemen met de voorzitter. Stuur hiervoor een mail naar ov.obsdetuimelaar+voorzitter@gmail.com of spreek één van de OV leden aan. Als u al een idee heeft van de activiteiten waarbij u zou willen helpen, vermeld dit dan ook gelijk in de email.

Q: I cannot pay the voluntary contribution, what now? 
A: We understand this might be a difficult situation. Although the contribution is voluntary, if more parents contribute we can keep organizing the activities for the children. 
 
If you are not able or willing to pay the voluntary contribution, please contact the treasurer (ov.obsdetuimelaar+penningmeester@gmail.com), the teacher or the school director (tuimelaar@o2a5.nl). Together we can look for a solution.
 
Q: I did not pay the voluntary contribution, can my child still go on the school trip? 
A: The contribution is voluntary. This means that your child can always join our activities including the school trip. 
 
Q: My information is incorrect, how can I change this? 
A: You can give your new information to the Treasurer by email at ov.obsdetuimelaar+penningmeester@gmail.com

ATTENTION: In case of changes to an account number or account holder, a completely new mandate is required. You can fill the form online or print the following pdf and hand it to your child's teacher: paper form.
 
Q: The direct debit payment failed, now what?
A: We send an invoice with the announcement for the direct debit payment, you can use the information in that invoice to pay manually. Eventually you will receive a payment reminder which also contains details for online payment using iDeal.
 
Q: My child starts halfway through the year on OBS de Tuimelaar, do I have to pay the contribution for the whole year?
A: If your child starts later in the year we follow these guidelines:
 

Groep 1 t/m 6
Starts before January 1st:	school fund € 27,- and	school trip € 35,-	(total of € 62,-)
Starts after January 1st:	school fund € 13,50 and	school trip € 35,-	(total of € 48,50)
Groep 7 en 8
Starts before January 1st:	school fund € 27,- en	school camp € 70,-*	(total of € 97,-)
Starts after January 1st:	school fund € 13,50

*Camp only needs to be paid if the child participates, this is at the start of the school year and costs € 70,-

A: It is nice to see you are interested to help! The parent association is looking for new members each year. Are you interested to become an active member and help organize fun activities, please contact our chairman.
